HI! I was really excited to see this recipe because I had some fresh cranberries that needed to be used up and these would be perfect. I couldn’t find any information on how to substitute the cranberries for something like red or golden raisins in this recipe…does anyone know? I made the cookie dough because it looked so easy. It was the first time I’ve ever made dough and the first time I had the mixer. Here are my finished cookies — they were horrible! They were so airy and flat and did not cook. I’m not sure what I did wrong?
I’ve been making this pie crust for years, and my mom always makes it for her apple pie. When I make it, I put the butter in the food processor first and then add the other ingredients (sugar, flour, and salt). The dough makes a lot of crumbs and looks a lot like pie crust. Combine flour and salt. In large bowl, beat eggs, milk and water. Stir in flour mixture, then stir in Parmesan cheese. Spray 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour mixture into dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until set.
